I whip web sites into submission, but I'm nice to everyone else.
Web site design and building has always been one of those great mysteries, and to make things worse, finding someone competent and reasonably priced to do it for me has eluded me for years. So I started to learn how to do it myself. I spent hours each evening learning the basics and after months of effort built my first site – it was appalling!
Then a colleague suggested I try using Corrie Haffly. He said she was quick, reasonably priced and thought her designs were very effective. I thought it must be worth a try as everyone else I had tried here in the UK had been overpriced, underskilled, slow and generally uninspiring.
So I emailed Corrie on Friday night. There were a couple of exchanges over the weekend and then by the Monday – Boom!! Some first layouts and ideas. Absolutely brilliant. I was blown away. Less than two weeks later the site was up with autoresponders, shopping cart – the whole nine yards.
When I got the final invoice I had to check it was in dollars rather than pounds, as the price was so good.
What can I say? Fast, reliable, easy, striking, inexpensive – absolutely brilliant!!

We recently purchased a vacation condo near Tahoe and needed to create a web site to get some rental income. At first I tried to create my own site using Yahoos site building software. I made several attempts but made very little progress, and what progress I did make looked totally unprofessional. Next I went to Craigslist to try to find a web designer. The process went quickly partly because I already had my content and photos ready to go, but Corrie was very efficient at moving the process along. We are thrilled with the site, which after about six weeks has already netted us five rentals. I honestly believe we have the best web site of any private vacation rental in the Tahoe area. Corrie has also taken over my company's web site (www.shedshop.com). She quickly created a new page that was giving our former webmaster fits. Whenever we need something changed, added, or tweaked, Corrie gets it done almost immediately. She is also in the process of enhancing the site to load faster, and optimizing it for a higher ranking by the various search engines.
...all of this to say that I couldn't be happier with Corrie's professionalism, creativity, and follow-through.
